A First-Class psychology graduate who turns real understanding of people into hands-on care — helping children and young people with complex needs feel safe, seen and capable.
I'm a First-Class Psychology graduate from Birmingham City University, and I've spent the last few years putting that understanding to work in the real world — in children's residential homes, college classrooms and university support services.
My work is with people who need patience and care the most: young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours, students with SEND, and individuals with visual and hearing impairments. I stay calm under pressure, build genuine trust, and work seamlessly alongside teachers, social workers, clinicians and psychologists.
Resilient, dependable and genuinely caring — I'm driven by helping others grow, and by doing it to a standard I'm proud of.
Hands-on care, mentoring and support across residential, education and clinical settings.
Years of hands-on care for children with complex needs — not theory, but daily practice.
I understand behaviour and development first, then act on it with the right support.
Steady, safe and professional when situations are at their most demanding.
I work seamlessly with educators, clinicians and social workers to put the person first.
I'm open to roles in care, support work, education and psychology. I'd love to hear from you.
